The Residency Wing is your home base during your time at Hub Feenix. It’s a dedicated living area with private bedrooms, shared bathrooms, and a communal kitchen just for residents.
This is where your days begin and end. A quiet, focused environment to rest deeply, cook vegetarian meals, connect with fellow artists, and ease into your creative rhythm. It offers the balance of privacy and proximity. Your own space, alongside others who are here to make, explore, and experiment. While the wider Hub Feenix community surrounds you, the wing remains a calm anchor.
Rooms are simple, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished, offering a balance of privacy and ease to recharge after long days in the studio or workshop. Each room includes a comfortable bed, a closet, in-room desk and chair, fresh linens, towels for a productive stay.
Bathrooms are shared and located throughout the wing, with toilets and showers in separate rooms. Some bedrooms include private bathrooms (toilets only and one with a toilet/shower) that can be rented for an additional fee. A washing machine is available on the floor, with drying racks available for use in your room.
Two fully equipped shared kitchens and a dining area features a full-size fridges, ovens, toasters, coffee pots, microwaves and plenty of cooking utensils. As Hub Feenix is a strictly vegetarian environment, we kindly ask guests to refrain from bringing or cooking meat and fish on the premises.
Beyond your room, Hub Feenix offers generous shared spaces for rest and connection in the wing. Lounges, common areas, and cozy nooks give you room to unwind, read, reflect, or simply be around others without pressure.
Artists can access other communal living spaces around the building to connect with the nomads, volunteers, full-time residents and staff living onsite.
Living at Hub Feenix means sharing a place with others. Residents are asked to treat the space with care and take part in small, everyday responsibilities, such as cleaning of the communal spaces, that help keep the house running smoothly. It’s a way of living grounded in respect and shared responsibility.
We hope you’ll join us.
