Hub Feenix offers a limited number of private apartments within the building for long-term residents. These spaces are designed for artists and creatives who want to settle more fully into the rhythm of life here, with the comfort of a private home, while remaining part of the wider community.
Living in an apartment at Hub Feenix means having your own space to rest, cook, and recharge, while still moving easily between studios, shared facilities, and the everyday life of the house.
Our studio apartments offer a simple, self-contained living space for individuals at 28m2. Each apartment features a comfortable twin bed, a seating/dining area, a small kitchen, and private bathroom, providing everything you need for a comfortable long-term stay. These spaces are ideal for artists who want independence and privacy, while staying connected to the creative environment of Hub Feenix.
Price: €550 / mo with a commitment at least 3 months
These apartments offer a more flexible layout, with two separate rooms that can be used in different ways depending on your needs, as bedrooms, a living area, or a combination of living and working space. They are well suited for artists who prefer additional room to spread out their practice and daily life. Some residents use the second room as a studio, while others treat it as a more spacious home environment. Price: €800 / mo with a commitment of at least 3 months
