Hi! During my residency, I will be sifting through 3 years worth of diaries, poems, and illustrations to begin writing my second book.

I am inspired by 'The Year of Magical Thinking' by Joan Didion, 'The Book of Disquiet' by Fernando Pessoa, 'Just Kids' by Patti Smith, and 'The Basketball Diaries' by Jim Carroll.

I released my debut collection of poems 'Lengthy Stints of Admirable Blue' in 2024. The book explored love, dependency, accessing mental health treatment, and resilience.

I look forward to my first trip to Finland!
